Shipping 

All packages are shipped via USPS through First Class Mail. We provide 3-way shipping charges. Once you receive your impression kit, a prepaid mailer will be inside for you to return with your impression back to our lab. It will then be sent out within five business days.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt, and we will be happy to make it right! However in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your retainer within the first 30 days, we will provide a full refund (minus the materials and shipping).

If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, we will deduct shipping costs.
