- Anyone with existing physical molds or digital STL files looking for replacement retainers from a previous stone model, printed model, or digital STL file.
- This order does not come with an impression kit and is only for customers with molds already.
After your purchase, we will send you an email with your pre-paid shipping label to mail in your molds. If you are using digital files, we will email you and request your STL files to start your order!
We provide free 3-way shipping on all domestic orders. Once the order is placed you will receive a tracking number via email. Total turnaround time depends on how fast you take and send your impression(s) back to our lab. We send out orders within one full business day.
At Simply Retainers we pride ourselves in customer service. You will be emailed a total of 3 times. First when the impression kit has left the lab. Second when the impression(s) has landed at our office. Lastly, you will receive an email with the final tracking number notifying you that your retainer(s) has shipped.
