Fit Guarantee Policy — Simply Retainers

1. Overview

Simply Retainers offers a Fit Guarantee process to address fit-related concerns.

Because our products are custom-made from customer-provided impressions, proper fit depends on the accuracy of those impressions and adherence to all instructions.

2. Photo Approval Requirement

Before returning your impressions:

  • You must submit clear photos of your impressions for approval
  • You must wait for confirmation from Simply Retainers before sending them back

Important

  • Sending impressions without approval is done at your own risk
  • Impressions that are not approved may result in fit issues that are not eligible for remakes

3. Fit Issue Process (Required)

If your retainer does not fit properly, you must follow this process:

  1. Contact Simply Retainers within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
  3. Follow all instructions provided by our team

Compliance Required

You must:

  • Respond in a timely manner
  • Provide requested information or photos
  • Follow all adjustment or remake instructions

4. Remakes

If a fit issue is confirmed, we may offer a complimentary remake.

Conditions:

  • Must follow the full Fit Guarantee process
  • Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Must comply with all instructions

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for a $20 shipping fee for remakes

5. Non-Eligible Situations

Remakes may be denied if:

  • Impressions were not approved prior to return
  • Instructions were not followed
  • Photos or required information are not provided
  • The request is made after the 14-day window

6. No Refunds for Fit Issues

  • Fit issues are not considered product defects
  • Refunds will not be issued for fit-related concerns

7. Customer Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for taking accurate impressions
  • Fit depends on impression quality and compliance with instructions

8. Discretion

Simply Retainers reserves the right to determine eligibility for remakes based on the information provided.
