Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy — Simply Retainers

Effective Date: March 28, 2026

1. Overview

Simply Retainers provides custom-made dental products. Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are subject to the terms below.

2. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of the order date.

  • A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled orders

After 48 hours:

  • Orders are non-cancellable
  • Orders may not be canceled once production has begun

3. No Returns

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns

This includes all products, whether opened or unopened.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided, except for valid cancellations within the 48-hour window (subject to the $25 fee).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Fit or comfort concerns
  • Inaccurate or poor-quality impressions
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Shipping delays or carrier issues
  • Orders where production has begun

Fit issues are not considered product defects and do not qualify for refunds.

5. Remakes (Fit Issues)

If your retainer does not fit properly, we may offer a complimentary remake.

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • You must follow all instructions and provide requested photos or information

Customers are responsible for a $20 shipping fee for remakes.

Remakes are provided at our discretion and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Customer Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of impressions and information provided
  • Fit and results depend on the quality of impressions

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree:

  • To contact Simply Retainers to resolve any issue before filing a dispute
  • That failure to follow required processes does not constitute grounds for a chargeback

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future service and collection efforts.

8. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
